Commercial Underwriter - Jeffreys BayFull job descriptionJob description:To provide commercial underwriting assistance to the Adviser.Responsibilities:Liaising with clientsPreparing quotationsIssuing new policies, renewals, and endorsementsBuilding and maintaining good working relationships with clients, colleagues and internal stakeholdersRecording details and information on the relevant systemsGeneral office assistance and administrationSkill sets required:Grade 12Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)Minimum NQF Level 4xe2x80x93 Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulationRE5 successfully completedClass of businessA minimum of 5 yearsxc2xb4 short-term insurance experience in commercial linesExperience on Ski, Tial and Santam Policy Centre systems a requirementDOFA confirmation from FSCAGood verbal and written communication skillsGood administration skillsPlanning and organising skillsTime management skillsResilient with a good level of stress toleranceGood time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksHighly client focused with good interpersonal skillsCandidates interested must apply on Indeed by no later than 15 March 2024.
