Responsibility

• The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region.
• Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RMxe2x80x99s is key to the success of this role.
• Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrackxe2x80x99s Fleet Management Solution and VAS
• Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team
• Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets

• 
  Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience managing and coaching a Sales Team
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Solution orientated
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
• Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level
• CRM applied experience
