Duties:
In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of leading and growing our Commercial Sales team. Your mission:
Lead for results: Exceed sales targets by managing and motivating a high-performance team.
Coach & inspire: Guide your team to generate new business, set clear objectives, and achieve ambitious goals.
Strategize & execute: Develop sales plans, monitor performance, and drive the entire sales process from start to close.
Stay ahead: Keep tabs on competitors, market shifts, and industry trends to keep us at the cutting edge.
Build influence: Network with decision-makers, partners, and customers to promote our industry-leading Fleet Management Solutions.
Plan for growth: Prepare monthly forecasts and budgets while optimizing CRM usage to unlock smarter sales outcomes.
Minimum requirements
Requirements:
A strong sales track record, whether as a top-performing sales manager or representative consistently exceeding targets.
Excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Solution-driven mindset with exceptional business acumen.
Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and people management; you know how to bring out the best in others.
Strong EQ and negotiation skills that drive successful outcomes.
Advanced Excel and hands-on CRM experience.
