We're looking for a Commercial Sales Executive who's ready to shape the commercial future of TVA. If you're a natural leader with a passion for real estate, a flair for closing deals, and the analytical edge to turn data into direction - we want to meet you. Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for the real estate industry
Build powerful client relationships and open new markets across South Africa
Hunt for new business opportunities while strengthening key account growth
Collaborate with leadership to shape TVA's commercial roadmap
Deliver performance insights, pipeline forecasts, and growth strategies to the Executive Team
Drive initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and enhance client retention
Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience:
Experienced with at least 5 years in sales and commercial strategy roles, ideally within PropTech, SaaS, or real estate
Degree-qualified in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing (MBA a plus)
Knowledge and Skills:
Commercially astute, strategic, and results-driven
Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
A relationship builder and natural networker with a track record of closing deals
A confident leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
Extroverted, energetic, and passionate about transforming the property industry
