Key responsibilities include: * *Property Valuation*: Determining property values and market prices.

- *Property Marketing*: Advertising and showcasing properties.
- *Viewings and Showings*: Conducting property viewings.
- *Negotiation*: Facilitating offers and negotiations.
- *Paperwork and Documentation*: Handling contracts and paperwork.

The Real Estate Company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent
It has two broker/agent models: * 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained
- 80% commission split with an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
