How you'll role
The Commercial Property Agent will actively manage client relationships and oversee the sales of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive industry experience to reach ambitious sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.
What you'll do
- Manage and cultivate client relationships in the commercial property sector
- Oversee the sales of commercial properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends
- Negotiate contract terms with buyers and sellers to ensure favourable outcomes
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in commercial property sales
- Compulsory NQF 4/5 Real Estate qualification
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain valuable client relationships
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
