Commercial Portfolio Manager
.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Keep track of all leases, acknowledge receipts of notices and ensure documents are signed by all parties
Make all necessary journal adjustments and raise all recoverable expenses for both property and agent.
Process increase in charges and notice letters to tenants
Route all maintenance queries to relevant department, and follow up on outstanding matters
Prepare statements and invoices for delivery
Prepare bulk notices to landlords and tenants
Conduct ITC of new lease applicants
Collection of outstanding rentals
Sending of demand letters, lease confirmations and handing over of accounts to attorneys for collection
Reconciliation of accounts & ensure payments are allocated
General upkeep of all administrative functions and office environment
Minimum Requirements
Vast Computer knowledge - Outlook / Microsoft Word / Excel Understanding Commercial Leases and dealing with operational requirements Understanding legal procedures regarding collection of rentals Basic Accounting principles Prior Commercial property management experience would be ideal
