Job Summary
Qualifications required:
- Degree or BTech in business, engineering or similar
- Post graduate qualifications would be advantageous
- 5 - 10 years experience as a general manager or commercial operations manager.
- Solid experience in automotive components, retail and heavy equipment
- Strong financial, sales, commercial, operational and business acumen
- Strong business development and people skills
- General management, running day to day business operations
- Financial management, cash flow, debtors, procurement and profit and loss
- Management of staff
- Warehouse operations
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Health and safety management, environmental and quality systems management
