About the job

To assume financial responsibilities for the Business Partnering of the Commercial & Marketing teams. The C&M Controller will be a key member of the Topline team actively involved in steering financial growth and stability by driving the "Gross to Net Improvement" agenda, leading the business through "Inno/Reno" business case development, driving ROMI within A&P & maintaining an accurate Topline forecast. The C&M Controller will also lead in some areas and support with overall corporate governance within the Topline function.

Qualification(s)



B Comm {CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous} and minimum 5 years relevant experience in FMCG environment. At least 2 years thereof within a leadership role in Finance Business Partnering

Good communication skills (verbal as well as written) as well as influencing skills Ability to manage people and their expectations. Ability to develop junior talent into readiness for future roles Sound computer literacy Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to learn Strong financial acumen with ability to assess the financial implications of decisions Strong Analytical, interpretative and investigative skills Information System oriented Drive and ambition Solid SAP experiences using FI/CO/MM modules
