They will also analyse market conditions to refine product offerings, collaborate with the Technical Managers on product development, and optimise pricing strategies. A key part of the role includes mentoring a high-performing team, managing the commercial budget, and ensuring compliance with laws and standards. Additionally, the Commercial Manager will foster stakeholder relationships, work cross-departmentally for seamless operations, and represent the company at industry events to build the company's reputation.
