Duties:
- Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients/customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and customers.
- Overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts.
- Monitoring and managing financial aspects of commercial activities.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- BCom Degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role.
- Drafting of legal contracts experience required.
- Background within the engineering/construction industry.
