RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team to meet profitability and sales goals within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve business objectivesOversee and grow key account relationshipsDevelop and implement sales and profitability plansConduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activityManage sales budgets and drive revenue targetsNegotiate price increases with clientsLead projects and provide category leadership across the businessCoordinate planning activities across departments to align with business goalsRequirements:Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Retail Management, Technology, or a relevant tertiary qualification (minimum 3 years)8+ years of experience in account managementProven experience in the food industryExperience managing and leading teamsRetail experience is advantageousProficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointBenefits
