Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and manage commercial lines non-motor claims
- Investigate and assess the validity of claims
- Negotiate settlement amounts and payments with clients and third parties
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to expedite claim resolutions
Skills: Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, sound decision-making capabilities
