Strategic Leadership:

Distribution Channel Development:



Design and implement effective distribution strategies to enhance market coverage and product availability. Optimize channel performance by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Drive operational excellence in the supply chain, ensuring seamless product delivery.

Sales and Revenue Growth:



Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share. Develop promotional and marketing strategies tailored to the region's consumer behavior. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Market Understanding:



Maintain a deep understanding of consumer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the Sub-Sahara region. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.

Job Requirements:



Experience:



Minimum of 10 years of commercial leadership experience, including managing teams and P&L responsibility. Proven track record of success in South Africa and broader Sub-Sahara markets. Strong relationships with buying groups, mass-market retail chains, and distribution networks.

Skills:



Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of distribution channel development and consumer sales strategies. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
