Managed People Solutions is looking for a bright, organized, charismatic go-getter, who has experience in analytics, enjoys finding insights in data, with some experience in alcohol (spirits preferably) and who will enjoy working in a small, fun, and for a very well well-known Fine liquor company in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design manage and review key sales metrics to maximize sales performance.
• Lead the design of a sales dashboard with automated reports to key stakeholders.
• Setting of sales KPIs and reporting thereof.
• On a weekly and monthly basis measure sales performance against KPIs.
• Design, implement, monitor, and report on sales incentive initiatives, and sales programs.
• Ensure call schedules are loaded per required call frequencies with the relevant checks and balances before we upload them into Jubilee.
• Manage any changes on call schedules as and when required.
• Use technology and systems such as Jubilee to optimize sales force effectiveness and monitor.
• Accurate monthly and quarterly channel, category and customer reports and reviews to monitor market, category, and customer performance.
• Proactively monitor trends to highlight opportunities to the commercial team.
• Support sales, channel, and marketing teams with analysis for channel, brand, and sales plans.
• Create content for roadshows to facilitate understanding, improve decision making and trade execution.
• Master Data management, ensuring T&O data is clean and accurate across chains and independents by channel.
• Assist trade marketing team with shopper insights where data is available.
• Monthly sales out data collected and reported on to track progress on T&O brand performance and when we have more data track our market share in chains across brands and categories.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a degree in business management, or similar.
• Finance experience would be a bonus.
• Have 3 years' work experience in an FMCG environment.
• Must have experience in building reporting tools.
• Must be able to analyze data, the ability to draw insights from data and present complex data sets in a style that clearly brings across the key insights.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Power BI is key in this role as many reports would be driven by this.
