Job Summary We are looking for a collections agent who will be constantly communicating and talking to our clients who do not pay, making payment arrangements with clients and capturing sales deals. This position requires an efficient person who has tact on the phone but can be a bit stern when needed. The successful candidate needs to be an efficient person and diligent in their work.
