Are you a skilled Collections Controller seeking a fresh challenge? Haven Health Management is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Controller to join our dynamic team based at our offices in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



Grade 12 Intermediate computer literacy Skills including but not limited to MS Office. (TEAMS/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Outlook) 3 years' experience in debt collection (experience in the healthcare environment will be advantageous)

The successful candidate will be responsible for, including, but not limited to the following:

Follow up on outstanding patient and medical scheme accounts Liaise with patients and medical aid companies regarding account statuses Handle basic billing queries and escalate unresolved issues Invoicing Maintain accurate records of communications with patients and insurers and outstanding accounts Ensuring Accurate and Timely Month-End Reporting Prepare weekly reports for management on account statuses and overdue invoices Manage Individual Practice accounts and Hospital accounts
