What You'll Own

This isn't a "support" role, it's a high-impact position. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, and your mission is to get the right people on the phone at the right time.


Here's what success looks like:

Research and identify potential leads across multiple verticals Execute cold outreach via email, social platforms, and phone calls to generate interest Craft engaging, personalized messages that spark conversations and drive curiosity Secure 3 - 5 high-quality appointments weekly for our sales team Track all outreach activity in our CRM with meticulous attention to detail Provide weekly insights to help us refine messaging, targeting, and approach

You're not afraid of cold outreach, you thriveon it You're persuasive, clear, and confident on the phone Writing cold emails that get replies is your superpower You understand how to research and personalize at scale You're organized, self-motivated, and thrive on hitting goals You're comfortable using CRMs and outreach tools to stay productive and focused
