The Role
We are looking to rehire a reliable and professional Cold Caller who will be responsible for confirming appointments via calls and text messages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide a smooth scheduling experience for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Call and text clients to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Manage scheduling updates using Acuity Calendar (experience preferred).
- Ensure all client communications are polite, professional, and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of appointment confirmations and changes.
- Report any scheduling issues to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in appointment setting, receptionist work, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Acuity Calendar (preferred, but not required).
- Perfect English communication skills with a light/neutral accent.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Must have a strong and stable WiFi connection.
