We are seeking for a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Coffee Shop Waiter to run our Coffee Shop station. The ideal candidate will prepare quality coffee, serve snacks and cold drinks, handle payments, and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients and quests.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and hot beverages to a high standard.
Serve snacks cold drinks, and other light refreshments.
Operate the Yoco payment system (POS System) and process all transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and serving area.
Ensure stock levels are monitored and notify management when supplies need resplenishing.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Follow opening and closing procedures for the Coffee Shop
Other Requirements:
Previous Coffee Shop Waitering experience (an advantage but not essential)
Ability to operate basic point of sale system (Yogo system experience an advantage).
Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
Strong communication and people skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work shifts that would include working alternative weekends.
