Venture Resources is a leading company in the logistics industry, providing reliable and efficient transportation services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced code 10/14 driver to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. As a code 10/14 driver, you will be responsible for safely and timely delivering goods to various locations in and around Pretoria. Your main duties will include loading and unloading goods, planning the most efficient routes, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the vehicle. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a code 10/14 vehicle to transport goods - Load and unload goods onto the vehicle - Plan the most efficient routes to deliver goods to various locations - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations - Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle - Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time - Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately to the supervisor - Follow company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Valid code 10/14 driver's license - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a code 10/14 driver - Good knowledge of Pretoria and its surrounding areas - Excellent driving record with no traffic violations - Ability to lift and carry heavy goods - Strong time management and organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
