About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Athletics and Netball Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in both sports, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing young athletes in a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality coaching sessions for athletics and netball. Develop athletes' technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding. Ensure sessions are safe, enjoyable, and inclusive for all abilities. Prepare teams for competitions, matches, and events. Maintain athlete records, monitor progress, and provide feedback. Uphold high standards of discipline, sportsmanship, and professionalism. Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Athletics and/or Netball Coaching (essential). Experience coaching youth or school-level athletes. Strong understanding of training principles and athlete development. Ability to design structured training programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. First Aid certification (advantage). Safeguarding or child protection training (advantage).
