Clover has an opportunity within Masakhane sales team for an individual to coach, support and develop sales teams and other role players within Clover. The individual must have passion for sales and driving business growth through in-store perfect execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting training courses to meet identified needs and monitoring training results so that future courses may be modified where necessary. The individual will assists in the assessment of external courses to determine suitability and keeps abreast of latest developments in the training field.

Minimum Requirements
Degree
Experience in working with senior management.
Code 08 Driver's license.
Travel off-site/overnight stay
People management experience
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities
Implement regional coaching and training plans.
Design and develop regional coaching and training plans in liaison with the national Sales Execution team and the Regional Sales Managers.
Implement coaching and training plans.
Track the execution of training and coaching plans by using agreed upon tools and reporting systems in order to establish positive growth trends.
Compile and present progress reports on training interventions.
Manage the implementation of business-driven training and learnership programs
Manage the implementation of sales support systems and processes.
Train and coach all roleplayers on the use of tools and the relevant processes.
Implement and measure compliance with Sales Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist with the development and implementation of regional execution strategies.
Drive progress in the development of tools and processes to deliver optimal sales results.
Facilitate effective communication to achieve continuous improvement
Participate and guide meetings between sales and other roleplayers by ensuring the application of predesigned processes and tools (agenda, action log etc).
Facilitate solution orientated analysis and communication between sales and internal and external roleplayers.
Assist in the execution of strategic launch plans for new products and campaigns to achieve speed to shelf and on shelf availability within accepted parameters.
Manage the coordination and communication of new product launches and campaigns to sales staff to ensure targets are met.
Report on successes and development areas of launch plans and campaigns.
Manage stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Drive internal and external customer stakeholder engagement.
* Conduct regular focus group discussions on in-trade sales processes and systems to establish and maintain engagement and buy-in from stakeholders.
