Job Overview
Our company, a leading manufacturer of custom rubber PVC products, is seeking a motivated CNC Operator with Graphic Design Knowledge to join our innovative team. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to develop specialized skills through in-house training on our CNC machine. The successful candidate will primarily operate and maintain the CNC machine while leveraging graphic design skills, particularly in CorelDraw, to support design preparation for production. Key Areas of Responsibility

• Learn to set up and operate our custom CNC machine through comprehensive in-house training.
• Cut materials to specified sizes with precision and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machine, including cleaning and coolant changes.
• Monitor machine performance during cutting operations to ensure optimal functionality and quality output.
• Maintain high production standards, ensuring consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Support graphic design tasks, including creating artwork layouts, converting JPEGs to vector formats, and preparing files for CNC production (training provided for file conversions and layouts for CNC programming).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• General computer literacy and familiarity with graphic design software, with a strong preference for extensive knowledge of CorelDraw.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, particularly in creating and editing vector-based designs.
• No specific CNC experience required, as in-house training will be provided; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear communication.
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance tasks (training provided).
