Customer Experience
Be Professional
Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
Know layout of store to direct customers to products
Adhere to Store Disciplines:
Opening & closing procedures are followed.
Timeous capturing of supplier invoices/IBT docs
Accurate processing of adjustments
To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed.
IT and maintenance ticket logging
Minimise risk through process compliance:
Stock control - accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual, stock counts & product expiry checks.
Cash handling - assist with POS transaction processing, performs POS authorisations speedily and reconcile refunds & petty cash.
Banking - floats & change, cash up investigations
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum 18 months retail experience (including admin experience)
Completion of all required Wellness Foundation Training + Managerial training
Fully computer literate
Good financial skills and an affinity for numbers
A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
