Description
The company is searching for a results-driven Cluster Area Manage, an achiever with high energy levels, a passion for business success, who is task driven, a problem solver, with attention to detail and handling of pressure, is expected from the prospective candidates. The ideal candidate will ensure operational consistency across locations, lead teams to achieve excellence and drive customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
Your key areas of responsibilities will include:
- Sales generation
- Outstanding customer care
- Staff Management
- Stock management
- Merchandising
- Administration
- Compliance & risk awareness
- Expense and asset control
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Own transport with a valid code 8 manual driver's license with a willingness to travel extensively.
- At least 2-5 years' experience in a Retail Management environment with a proven track record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and staff coaching abilities.
- In depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines.
- Be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work Retail hours (weekends and public holidays).
