Are you an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer ready to take the next step into senior-level responsibility? I'm currently inviting Intermediate to Senior Cloud Engineers to apply for upcoming contract and long-term assignments with various clients across South Africa.

I'm looking to connect with Cloud Infrastructure Engineers who have strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud environments. By partnering with me, you'll be considered for multiple upcoming roles where your cloud, automation, and infrastructure expertise will be in high demand across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost optimisation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Lead and support cloud migration and integration initiatives between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and data protection standards.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance and mentorship where required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience:

• 4-6 years experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid experience of cloud networking, virtualization, and security principles.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Experience supporting multi-cloud environments..
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
