Active involvement in maintaining an accurate asset management system Performing first line repairs , modifications and installations on equipment Perform preventive maintenance inspections of equipment Active involvement in the selection and acquisition of medical equipment technology Perform formal operators training and monitor competency compliance by arranging training Problem Solving Ad hoc duties

Grade 12 Diploma in clinical / bio medical engineering or Diploma in Electronics Experience in maintenance of medical equipment in a clinical environment Member of the clinical engineering association of South Africa Computer proficiency Perform standby duties * Must have own transport
