THE ROLE
The Clinical Manager should demonstrate a systematic approach to maintaining and improving the quality of client care within a Centre. Administrative duties and effective time management are key elements of this role.
Ensuring that the necessary systems and processes are in place to promote and develop quality of care.
Accountability for the shared responsibility of quality of care, continuous improvement, minimizing risks and fostering an environment of excellence in care for our clients.
ABOUT YOU
YOU ARE PRO-CHOICE Tertiary qualification General Nursing and Midwifery Termination of Pregnancy Trained - Advantageous Experience in Sexual Reproductive Health including Termination of Pregnancy Service provision 5+ years' experience as a Midwife 5+ years Family Planning 5+ years management experience Sound understanding of the sexual and reproductive health sector Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
08:30 - 16:30
Saturday
08:30 - 12:30
You may be required to work overtime based on clients' demand.
REMUNERATION
Market related salary commensurate with background and experience
