The primary purpose of the role is to provide clinical expertise in line with Company strategy as part of our value-added services packages to drive improvements in clinical practice and, as a result, sales growth in SA. The goal is to be seen by internal and external customers as experts in quality improvement and wound care practice.What will you need to be successful?

  • Manage the SN Audit programme in AWM
  • To support AWM business unit with the generation of academic publications through the collaboration with marketing and internal and external cross function teams.
  • To lead and develop evidence -based, clinical pathways that identify an appropriate sequence of clinical interventions, timeframes, milestones and expected outcomes for a patient group.
  • To promote the concept of S&N as a market leader, through speaking on national platforms through Company and independent study days.
  • Be responsible for the development of key expert Clinical leaders and expert forums/ national strategy meetings to support the business unit.
  • To lead the implementation of clinical change and service improvement through the use of audits and higher-level clinical engagement in both state and private channels
  • To be integral in the matrix working alongside the regional managers, marketing, system transformation, global and market access teams to achieve the business goals identified in business plans and key projects as identified by BU strategy.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences/ Nursing Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years background in wound care as a speciality
  • Licenses/ Certifications: Registered General Nurse or a similar level allied health professional with current active professional registration.
  • Experience of communicating at C-suite level.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Own Vehicle
