Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

A 4 Year Comprehensive Diploma or Degree in Nursing Science is essential!
Valid driverxe2x80x99s license is essential
NIMART
Must have a Qualification of Primary Healthcare
A Certificate in Facilitation is desirable
A Diploma or Nursing Degree in Management/Administration is a big advantage
Experience and courses in the Management of HIV, TB and STIs
A Qualification in Basic Life Support is essential
A Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Paediatric Life Support is a big advantage
Previous experience in ICU and Emergency Department
Must have a valid active registration at the with SANC with a Valid Annual Practise Certificate
Valid Proof of Nursing Indemnity
Must have a dispensing license and be registered with the relevant professional council
Must have 3-5 years' clinic management experience
Knowledge and understanding of Disease Management policies and procedures, especially in rural areas
3-5 years experience in managing emergency situations
Must be computer literate to a high level
Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
Must be a natural team leader with great delegation skills
Ability to work productively in a multi and inter-disciplinary team
Must have self-confidence and internal locus of control
Time Management and prioritisation skills are essential
Must have excellent written and verbal references
