Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (essential)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare environment
- Experience and knowledge of general business and financial management and strategic planning & execution
- Sound understanding of the private healthcare industry
- Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day clinic operations
- Drive and achieve financial performance targets
- Marketing and promotion of clinic services
- Build and manage strong relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders
- Oversee people management, including staffing, development, and performance
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems
- Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and risk management standards
