POSITION: CLINIC MANAGER
LOCATION: VREDEHOEK, CAPE TOWN
INDUSTRY: AESTHETIC PRACTICE
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our cutting-edge Aesthetic Clinic! If you have a passion for aesthetics, proven leadership skills, and a knack for creating exceptional patient experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth clinic functionality
- Manage and inspire a team of aesthetic therapists (somatologists)
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain high standards of client care and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices
- Occasional Travel to JHB to the second branch
- Relevant Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in clinic or spa management
- Strong leadership, organizational, computer skills
- Sales skills
- Marketing skills
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the medical aesthetic industry including marketing, POPI act, infection control, labor law
Hours: Monday xe2x80x93 Friday 08:30 xe2x80x93 17:00 | Saturdays 09:00 xe2x80x93 16:00 (2 x Sat per month)
Remuneration: Market related
Starting date: 1 February 2024 or soonest thereafter
