THE ROLE:

We are recruiting

professional, results-driven Field Sales Agents

to represent Clientele on behalf of Affordable Benefits Company in the field. While this role includes a

basic salary

, it is best suited to individuals who are

performance-focused and commission-orientated

.

PRODUCTS:

Clientele Funeral Plan Clientele Legal Plan Clientele Legacy Plan (for SASSA Grant Recipients)*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct face-to-face sales in allocated areas Educate clients on product benefits and eligibility Complete applications accurately and in line with compliance requirements

Achieve agreed sales targets (25+ Sales)

Maintain professional and ethical customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

South African ID 22 years or older Grade 12/Matric/NQF L4 Certificate (Statement of Results not accepted)*
Smartphone (Preferably Android)*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work both independently and with a team in the field Sales experience is advantageous but not essential*
Comply with Honesty and Integrity as per FSCA regulations

What We Offer:

Basic salary

(to be discussed before Training)

Uncapped commission

based on performance
Up to R200 per submitted sale
Up to R250 per paid sale
Up to R5 000 monthly bonus (36+ Sales)
Up to R2 500 quarterly bonus

Full product training and ongoing support
Position is Field-based

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R4500,00 per month
