Remote - Full-Time

About the Role:


One Janitorial is growing, and we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Client Support Representative

to join our remote service team. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams by managing service requests, handling calls, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to customer support tickets in a timely, professional manner. Handle

inbound and outbound calls

, providing clear communication and resolution. Conduct

survey calls

to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction. Review

inspection reports

and follow up on identified issues or action items. Participate in the

on-call rotation

for after-hours support (scheduled basis).

Shift Details



Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mountain Time)

Pay:

750 CAD monthly
(Paid every 15th and last day of the month)

Requirements



Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role preferred. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle fast-paced environments. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Zoom, etc.). A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
