Job Title: Client Support & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Paarden Eiland, Cape Town OR Remote
Salary: R16,000 R20,000 per month
Start Date: Within the next 3 months
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00

Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls and enquiries
Prepare quotes & invoices
Manage emails & ticketing system
Track shipments & liaise with couriers
Assist with basic product enquiries
Manage company Google Calendar
Maintain admin processes
Provide empathetic client support
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Strong computer skills (Google Suite / MS Office)
Ability to learn Zoho Books & Zoho CRM
Strong emotional intelligence & communication skills
Excellent organisational ability
Self-motivated and independent
Minimum 2 years in admin, reception, or customer service
Experience with invoicing, call handling, and scheduling
Admin/customer service certifications beneficial
