We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Microsoft Consulting) to build and nurture business relationships with clients, focusing on delivering digital change/ adoption leveraging the companys ecosystem. This ecosystem includes Managed Support Services, Procurement, Projects and Hosting services. A key outcome for the role is careful orchestration of a digital transformation journey based on an improvement plan relevant to each clients specific need. You will also be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue in accounts by providing appropriate solutions to solve client business problems. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and licensing suite, Azure, Networking, Virtualization, Security, and on-premises Infrastructure, preferred experience in technology solutions sales for SMEs, and willingness to travel to client sites; access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are necessary.

Type: Hybrid

Area: Johannesburg (preferred) or Cape Town

Salary: Up to R70 000 pm ctc

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and expand relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share regular reports to review essential performance metrics.
  • Proactively address client risks and issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive ICT assessments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's environment and operations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions to their business challenges.
  • Initiate and manage opportunities and project pipelines.
  • Generate demand from clients and facilitate the sales process.
  • Create account plans with the support of the broader Client Success and Delivery team.
  • Guide clients through the entire spectrum of IT landscape management, from Adoption to Digital Transformation.
  • Create improvement plans and execution roadmaps to enhance the client's IT landscape.
  • Manage project portfolios across client accounts.
  • Efficiently allocate teams in coordination with the project manager to deliver planned initiatives.
  • Oversee project quality, milestones, budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Cultivate partnerships with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage client expectations and conduct retrospectives following project deliveries.
  • Develop reusable intellectual assets and materials for knowledge sharing.
  • Plan, negotiate, and approve annual SLA renewals.
  • Mitigate commercial risks by ensuring timely contract agreements.
  • Coordinate project proposals.
  • Forecast and manage project billing.
  • Provide support for Project Statements of Work.
  • Ensure compliance with company terms and conditions.
  • Manage project and service profitability.
  • Offer coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop knowledge assets for team-wide sharing.
  • Enhance the company's brand to attract talent and new client opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and licensing suite, Azure, Networking, Virtualization, Security, and on-premises Infrastructure.
  • Ability to align IT with a client's business objectives, bridging technology expertise with an understanding of the client's industry.
  • Preferred experience in technology solutions sales for SMEs.
Willingness to travel to client sites; access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are necessary.
