About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Client Success Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating campaigns across various channels.
This role calls for a friendly, approachable professional with a standout personality that clients find easy to connect with. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. She should be a problem solver and able to navigate challenges proactively.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
What you'll be doing:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Provide timely reports to clients on project progress and results.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager or related field.
Fluent in English, oral and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.
Proficiency in CRMs, project management, and industry-standard tools and software.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Position: Client Success Manager
Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT
