The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Shopify Client Success Executive to act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. This role is the cornerstone of our client relationships; it's not about sales, it's about
service, support, and partnership
.
Your main goal is to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their journey with us and on the Shopify platform. If you are a natural communicator who loves solving problems and has a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Manage all day-to-day communication, primarily through email, ensuring responses are prompt, professional, and helpful.
Proactive Relationship Management:
Proactively check in with clients, provide clear updates on project status or retainer tasks, and manage expectations effectively.
Shopify Support & Guidance:
Act as the client's trusted Shopify expert. Answer questions about Shopify functionality, best practices, app recommendations, and theme settings.
Internal Liaison:
Translate client requests, goals, and feedback into clear, actionable tasks for our design and development teams.
Onboarding & Training:
Guide new clients through our agency's onboarding process and provide basic training or resources to help them get the most out of their Shopify store.
Required Skills & Experience:
Shopify Experience (Must-Have):
You have 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with the Shopify platform. You must be comfortable navigating the Shopify admin, including managing products, collections, orders, theme settings, and app integrations.
Exceptional Written Communication (Must-Have):
You are an outstanding writer. Your emails are clear, concise, professional, and empathetic. You have impeccable grammar and a keen eye for communications tone.
Client-Facing Experience:
You have proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, client services, or high-level customer support, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce setting.
Highly Organised:
You can effortlessly manage communication for multiple clients at once, track ongoing conversations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Empathetic & Patient:
You genuinely care about helping clients succeed and can handle questions and concerns with a calm, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Tech-Savvy:
You are comfortable learning new software and tools (e.g., project management software, customer relationship management software etc.).
