Client Services Team Leader



We are seeking a results-oriented, motivational, and hands-on Team Leader to oversee our Client Success Consultants. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire their team to deliver exceptional service, and drive performance that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and success while developing a high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and support the daily operations of the Client Success team. Motivate, coach, and mentor consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals. Develop and implement strategic plans and timelines to meet targets and service-level objectives. Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement. Conduct regular training sessions to develop skills, enhance product knowledge, and maximize team potential. Manage and resolve client escalations in a professional and solutions-focused manner. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Minimum Requirements:



National Diploma or Degree (in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred) Minimum of 2 years' proven experience leading a sales or client services team Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Competent in data analysis and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalations effectively Computer literate and confident using CRM systems or similar software
