Job Summary
Our client in the Taxidermy Industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Client Services Manager. Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Experience as a Client Services Manager.
- Sales experience and management experience.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry.
- Be able to function well under high pressure.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Work well in a team.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Afrikaans language.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Sales Representatives.
- You will be dealing with clients via email, telephonically and face to face.
- You will be responsible for resolving client queries.
- You will have you own client database to service.
