An established financial services client is seeking a Client Services Consultant (LISP) to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a keen interest in investments to step into a client-facing role that offers both challenge and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries from clients and financial advisers across a range of investment products
- Follow up on client instructions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Resolve queries related to instructions, products, systems, and fund performance
- Maintain clear communication via phone and email, meeting strict service level targets
- Build strong internal relationships to support service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and support database maintenance
- Identify service and process improvements as part of a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in daily interactions
- Financial or Business-related degree (NQF Level 7)
- 12 years' experience in a client service or administrative environment, preferably in financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in finance and investment management
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
