Client Service Representative

Job Description
The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- General Client Service, including supporting client with a sound knowledge of all products and services offered, providing technical support, and responding timeously to all client queries and complaints.
- New Business process, including generating quotes and following up with clients to ensure quotes meet their expectations, as well as onboarding new clients.
- Sales Administration, including producing internal reports and any other ad hoc tasks requested by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric attitude; excellent interpersonal communication and efficient time management skills; be target driven, adaptable, confident, and detail orientated; and have a strong ability to work in a team.
