What will you do?
This role entails servicing of SDMxe2x80x99s corporate clientxe2x80x99s employees as well as growing our corporate voluntary book. The role will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and the coordination of the DRA and Operations team as well as providing operational support to the Group Business Team.

Key Responsibilities

Service Support:
  • Assist employers and employees during induction and on boring of the compulsory benefit,
  • Corporate account and relationship management
  • Resolve complaints and queries with regards to claims, premiums, etc.
  • Assist employees with claims and policy amendments.
  • Participate in wellness days
  • Product presentation to brokers/clients
  • Collate data and prepare monthly compliance and service escalation reports
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards
  • Schedule appointments with corporate clients and other employer HR Managers from different regions, power stations and other corporate facilities.
  • Travel nationally to do presentations on products to corporate clients and other employees with the intention to get new members to join the schemes
  • Liaise between operations and members by; tracking all forms brought back from sites, scanning and submission of forms to operations, follow up to check on progress and providing feedback to members or HR.
New Business:
  • Achive new business sales targets
  • Cross-sell Group Business voluntary products
  • Source new clients, corporate brokers and employer groups
  • Cross-sell a wide range of other insurance products within the retail mass cluster.
Qualification and Experience
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant business degree or diploma or industry recognised qualification on a NQF5 level or higher
  • RE 5 certified
  • Fully FAIS Compliant
Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations e.g. POPI and TCF
  • Experience in customer relationships
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and managing SLAxe2x80x99s
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own car
