Relationship Manager

In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients, manage ongoing relationships, and collaborate with our sales and real estate teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
Engage with Prospects
: Proactively reach out to potential clients, offering personalized financing solutions and highlighting our full range of real estate services.
Foster Relationships
: Build and nurture strong, lasting client connections through trust, understanding, and top-tier service.
Collaborate for Success
: Partner with internal sales and real estate teams to ensure seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
Client Follow-Up
: Keep clients informed and engaged through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
Be the Brand Voice
: Represent Jambo Home Loans with professionalism, strong phone etiquette, and persuasive communication that drives results.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or client relationship roles--ideally in real estate or home finance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive and engaging approach to client interaction.
Ability to work independently and thrive within a collaborative team setting.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (a personal laptop is essential).
Confident phone presence and a results-driven attitude.
