Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join a premier investment specialist firm in Johannesburg. This role is crucial for servicing a dedicated book of private clients and maintaining the companys market share in Funds Under Management.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a finance or commerce-related field and 3-5 years of experience in financial services with exposure to investments, sales, and financial planning. You must have a sound understanding of investment and fiduciary services and be able to build trusting relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Setting up and closing appointments with potential clients.
Handling existing client queries and providing a high level of service.
Maintaining and tracking leads for the Wealth Specialist team.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
A valid driver''s license and a strong service ethic are also required. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is computer literate, technologically savvy, and has a keen understanding of the financial services industry
