Client Relationship Coordinator
Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Package: Basic salary negotiable up to R22000 plus medical aid, provident fund, 13th Cheque, Performance Bonus
Purpose of the position: Provide a support function to the Installation Team and Relationship Manager.
Key performance areas:
Technical related functions which include but are not limited to:
o Planning and scheduling new installations and maintenance
o Route planning.
o Generating reports dailyweeklymonthly
o Client interactions.
o Maintain communication with internal and external clients.
o Client meetings
o Management of work schedules and completion thereof.
Education; Skills & Experience:
Minimum Grade 12
Microsoft Office
Administration skills
Client service experience
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer-centric
Teamwork and collaboration
Reporting skills and good administration skills.
