The Role: Client Relationship Coordinator
This role exists to ensure that every warm lead generated through the company's website and digital channels is engaged promptly, professionally, and persuasively. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients with qualifying interests, managing conversations, and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments for the financial planners. Your success directly contributes to the company's growth and the client's first impression of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in client engagement, inside sales, or a similar communication-driven role
Contact and engage warm leads submitted through the website and digital platforms
Build rapport quickly and conduct persuasive, confident conversations
Convert inbound enquiries into booked financial planning consultations
Maintain accurate call logs, conversion notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
Perform follow-ups to maximise conversion rates and support planners with client engagement where needed
Uphold the Investonline brand by delivering a polished, professional first interaction
Continuously work towards improving personal conversion rates and team targets
About You
1 to 2 years of experience in customer engagement, inside sales, telesales, or coordination roles
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally over the phone
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
Organised, disciplined, and able to manage CRM updates and follow-up workflows
Able to build rapport quickly and handle conversations with professionalism
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems and processes efficiently
A proactive team player who takes ownership of results and continuously seeks improvement
