Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and organic prospects within the assigned region or country.
Proactively engage with trading professionals and industry stakeholders across various platforms to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience that fosters confidence and loyalty from the outset.
Strengthen partnerships by promoting and managing mutually beneficial rebate structures while maintaining transparent and consistent communication.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards, reinforcing the company's reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Monitor and evaluate affiliate and partner activities to optimize performance, align objectives, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, compliance, and operations to deliver cohesive client solutions and enhance service delivery.
Identify client needs through active listening and market insights, tailoring solutions that align with both client goals and organizational priorities.
Provide ongoing support and education to partners and clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior management, highlighting growth trends, partnership outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry is a must
Fluent/ C1/C2 English is essential (other languages will be an advantage)
Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
A team player with excellent communication skills
Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude
