Client Relationship Specialist

What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Ink Digital clients, providing responsive, solutions-focused support
Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and offering tailored guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our design and strategy teams
Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth integration into the Ink Digital workflow
Address challenges proactively with a calm, strategic mindset
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills--you know how to build trust and maintain it
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
A quick-thinking problem solver with strong attention to detail
